Obituary of Andy Boyle

BOYLE, Andrew (Born February 14,1948)

Andy passed away peacefully at St Joseph’s Healthcare in Hamilton with his family at his side on Friday March 4, 2022 at the age of 74.

Predeceased by his wife Dorothy Boyle (2015).

Survived by son Gordon and his wife Kim. Loving Grandfather of Shawn Boyle and his wife Katie, Nathan Boyle and his partner Chevy. Great Grandfather of Mason, Charlie & Mikaela.

Survived by partner Pauline Brooker and her family.

 

He will be missed by Mary Boyle and her daughter Sharon Rideout and her children

Emma & Ava and by extended family Sharon & Clem Grummett,

Debby & Donald Glass and their children Samantha & Matthew Glass.

 

Andy was also predeceased by his Father Jim Boyle, his Mother Jemima Boyle and

Uncle Robert Boyle

 

Andy was the founder of Boyle Plumbing & Heating. Andy lived in Brantford for many years before relocating to St. Williams where he enjoyed many hours boating on Lake Erie and social time with friends and family. Andy also enjoyed sports and was a longtime member of the Burford Oldtimers hockey team for many years.

The family wishes to express a very special thank you to the ICU staff at St Joes Healthcare Hospital in Hamilton.

Friends will be received at the McCleister Funeral Home, 495 Park Road N. Brantford on Wednesday March 9, 2022 from 6-8 pm. A service will be in the Chapel on Thursday March 10, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. In keeping with Covid-19 protocol face masks are mandatory. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Andrew to the charity of your choice. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.mccleisterfuneralhome.ca
