Obituary of William Skoczylas
Skoczylas, William “Bill” Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 in his 99th year. William “Bill” Skoczylas, beloved husband of “his lady” the late Norma Skoczylas. Loving father of Paul Skoczylas, Cathy (Steve) Wayland and the late Susan Borsuk (passed away Tuesday, February 8/22) and father-in-law of Miro Borsuk. Predeceased by his brothers Mike, Walter, Jerry and his sisters Sophie, Stella and Mary. Much loved grandfather of Natalie (Mike), Andrew (Nicole), Jeff (Michelle) and great-grandfather of Jacob, Briar and Ashton. Will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Bill was a retired employee of Massey Ferguson, where he worked for many years. Family and friends will be received at the McCleister Funeral Home, 495 Park Road North, Brantford on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Due to covid protocol facial masks must be worn and social distancing is to be observed. If wished, memorial donations to the charity of your choice gratefully appreciated.
