Aitchison, George Gordon Harold
Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital, surrounded by his family on Sunday, November 7, 2021 in his 68th year, George Aitchison, loving father of Geoff Aitchison, Jennifer (Tom) Hill, Courtney (Jordan) Clark and the late Zachary Aitchison. Predeceased by his parents Kathrine and George Aitchison and by his siblings John Aitchison and Marion Mackie. Much loved grandfather of Madelene, Deanna, Dalton, Brayden, Nathan, Ryan and Alivia. George was a retired employee of Keeprite, where he worked for 28 years. Family and friends will be received for a memorial visitation at the McCleister Funeral Home, 495 Park Road North, Brantford on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Memorial Service in the Chapel on Friday at 2:00 p.m. Covid protocol requires that masks be worn and social distancing is observed. Cremation has taken place. If wished, memorial donations to Muscular Dystrophy Canada or the Lansdowne Children’s Centre, Brantford gratefully appreciated.
